Helpdesk WTF-ery Part 2

Well, I finally got a reply from the helpdesk that was comprehensible, which is nice. Unfortuntely, it pretty much says 'we don't know what's causing the error, this service was always unreliable anyway, hey, I know, why don't  you pay more money for our more reliable services?'. To which I say, not while I  have my strength. I do not trust the support I would receive from these people, regardless of how much I pay for the services, so when Tim returns from his current trip we will look at our o
