One of the last things to consider before sending your manuscript to CreateSpace.com, Kindle, or whoever is going to process your self-published work, is to name the baby.

You may have used a working title through the process of research, writing, and editing, but that may not be the best one. If you go through a conventional publisher, someone else will likely take this job.
