So, I'm planning on walking a half-marathon (13.1 miles) using
this handy training chart. My goal is less the actual half-marathon (in
Omaha,
Des Moines or
Midsouth) than completion of the training course. (And I hate running, so walking it is!) I've joined
DailyMile, so if anyone else is interested in doing the training, as well, feel free to check in via e-mail.
