PREPARING DINNER FOR MAXINE:A Lite-Hearted Off Topic Break
While Maxine lounges around I have to prepare her dinner. Tonight I am preparing her a Boston Butt Roast with celery, carrots, red onion, mushrooms, peppers, seasoned with garlic inserted into the meat and slow roasted in the oven at 450 degrees.
I will be off line from 4 PM this afternoon til tomorrow afternoon.
