 I loved this book. It had a spunky heroine, a scythe-wielding, biker hunk, a teenage ghost and one evil little girl, who could give Samara Morgan from The Ring a run for her money. Micah was a kick-butt heroine, who had every intention of putting her second chance at life to good use, starting with her new body and a makeover. Her teenage guide or Shepherd from the other side, Anna, was like a best friend, little sister and mother hen all in one. In short, she made an excellent “sidekick”.
