1 bag frozen peas, thawed


1 package, diced ham


2 large shallots, thinly sliced


1 tablespoon light olive oil


salt & pepper to taste


Saute the shallots in oil in a medium-sized skillet, pan, pot, whatever you want to use, over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until caramelized (3-4 minutes). Add the ham and stir until lightly crisped (3-4 minutes or so). Add peas, and cook until hot (3-5 minutes...
