Welcome to my blog
Hi, welcome to my blog. At the moment I’m still trying to work out what I want it to be.
I don’t want it to be a diary, telling people how I spend my days. I don’t want it to be a writer’s ‘how to’, either, there are already too many of those. I guess I’m going to start talking about me the writer, why I write, what I want to write, and maybe even some how I came to write certain things. I guess I’ll see how it goes.
I call it the StorySeeker blog because that’s what I’m doing constantly, looking for stories, looking for strange, shady, tales that were true, and more importantly from the story perspective, that could have been true. I’m always treading that fine line between what happened and what could have happened, between people who actually existed and who might have been. I believe it’s somewhere in the shadows, in the nooks and crannies between these elements that the great stories are found.
I hope if you do find your way to these pages, you find it a few minutes well spent.
