Welcome to the Tour for Shield: Allie’s War, Book Two by JC Andrijeski

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for joining me today, the first on the Bewitching Book Tour for Shield: Allie’s War, Book Two. I have to say, I’m more excited about this tour than I have been for any I’ve done. I really love this book, even compared to others in this series, which happens to be my absolute favorite one to write. Shield is the book I dreamt about before I’d even written the first in the series, Rook: Allie’s War, Book One. It’s the book where the character of Revik really started to haunt me, and demand that his story be written.
Of course, I don’t want to give away any spoilers as to why that is – or why this took off with this book, in particular, but I will say that something just ‘clicked’ when I started writing this book...and that same something pretty much drove (and continues to drive) the rest of the books in the series, including the “Early Years” prequels. Shield was the book that opened up to me who the main characters really were and what their story was about.
