Ingredients 3/4 cup part butter, part shortening- softened1 Cup sugar2 Eggs1- teaspoon Vanilla2 1/2 Cups of Flour (self-rising)
Pre-heat oven to 400ºMix all ingredients, adding vanilla lastChill in refrigerator for 1 hourFlour countertop, roll out and cut with favorite cookie cutters (mine happen to be butterflies)Bake for 6-8 minutes, keeping a close eye on them as they brown QUICKLYFrosting options-
