I just listened to the monthly Christina Hills call on the shopping cart system that I use for both email marketing and as a shopping cart.
The system is very robust – and very complicated to take advantage of all the features. Two years ago when I first started using this system I would get very upset at how so many of the features were not logical. Eventually I adapted to the "thinking" of this system.
