I'm just going to post a jumble of pics now and then -- whenever I've got a decent-sized collection.
In Cimetière du Père Lachaise.
(Again.)
On rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine.
On the Champs-Élysées in the rain.
The floor of Sainte-Chapelle.
Columns in Sainte-Chapelle.
An iPhone just can't do this room justice, but -- window detail, Sainte-Chapelle.
Wandering around the Marais on a stormy day.
I loved that hint of green on the peeking rooftops.
Place des Vosges in the Marais.
A kitty-cat naps on a tomb in the Cimetière de Montmartre.
Crosses on/in a crypt in the Cimetière de Montmartre.
Cimetière de Montmartre crypt detail with stained glass.
Ditto.
This is one of Paris's oldest churches, Église Saint-Pierre-de-Montmartre.
I jumped really high to take this picture. (Either that, or I took it from the
top of the dome of Sacré-Coeur. It's hard to keep track when you're taking
so many pictures.)
This gargoyle on the dome of Sacré-Coeur has a beautiful view of Paris.
