Yes, It’s Possible: Remove Name-Tag Residue From a Shirt

Tomorrow, June 1, is National Name-Tag Day (as quite wittily addressed in Joyce Wadler's latest New York Times column). But what should you do if you wear a name-tag on your shirt, and then throw it in the washing machine....without first removing the sticky label? Don't freak out. Yes, there will be a very unpleasant, foreboding white residue left over. But you can get it off. Here's how:
