This simple little dressing is amazing! Fantastic after they’ve chilled for a bit, but hard to stop eating right away! If you use the light sour cream, each serving is only 50 calories. I have no idea how many slices constitute a serving.
Dill-Dressed Cucumbers
1 heaping tablespoon light sour cream (I used regular this time)
2 tsp. coarse salt (or 1/2 tsp. fine)
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. vinegar
