No, no…..No, 'e's stunned!

While I was waiting for this video of Douglas Adams to load I spent a few moments thinking about his untimely death at the age of 49.  Nine years on and it's clear that Douglas is neither spending a year dead for tax reasons1 nor is he just stunned nor even pinin' for the fjords. He has definitely ceased to be.2
