This is a nice recipe for a Mother's Day Brunch.
Crust:
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup water
Filling:
1/2 pound sausage, browned
4 eggs
2 cups light cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
