1/2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled


Dressing:


1/2 lime, juiced


drizzlejalapeñoolive oil


drizzle pomogranite vinegar


celery salt, sprinkle


beau monde, sprinkle


sea salt, to taste


fresh ground black pepper, to taste
