Simple Savannah Pecan Pie
9″ unbaked pie crust
1 c light corn syrup
1 c firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/3 c butter, melted
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan halves (or walnuts)
