the start of a new blog. I never know what to really say, but I'll start here: Today, I became a recognized Goodreads Author. Not bad. I intend on making this blog more about learning the Scriptures then me, but this is a start.
This week, two short works were published:
Providence: In the Lowlands
and
Providence: In the Palatinate
They are excerpts from my dissertation on Providence but wanted to get these particular stories out. Sometimes we forget that in the midst of our struggles, trials, sufferings and pain, that God is working in us to make us more like Christ, more useful in his Kingdom, strengthening those around us in the local church, and bringing Himself the Glory. Enjoy.

I'm sure you have read Brooks' "The Mute Christian...". I just finished it. I thought a lot about your dissertation while I was reading it. So few Christians view things through the lens of Providence. Hope your books sell like hotcakes.
