iPad ... or Not

 I played with a friend's iPad over the weekend--probably for a couple of hours, but I knew within the first few minutes I didn't want one. Not that they're not nifty--they are. Beautiful display (though not quite up to the ones on the new MacBook Pros.) But they have great, smooth speed, they're nice and thin (though heavier than I'd thought they would be), and I could see where they'd be fine for email and probably great for games and photos--the display alone would make photos more fun...
