The Beginning

This crazy ride I've been on called Indie Publishing just keeps on rolling. I had a plan. To spend half my time on marketing Deadly Memories and half my time writing Deadly Bayou. Not even close so far. I think I'm at a point where I can turn the marketing time around and finally REALLY get into writing Deadly Bayou. There was a huge learning curve for the marketing -- still will be but I think I know enough now to keep things going.

One of the things in "my plan" was to start writing a blog. Here I am three months into the journey and so far just haven't been able to find the time. Does anyone know where I can purchase one of those things Hermione had in Harry Potter? That turns back time just a bit? I'm willing to pay alot!

The good news is that Deadly Memories is selling well, meaning that all of that marketing work has paid off. That means my new, improved plan is to NOW start spending more time writing -- on Deadly Bayou and also to finally start blogging. My goal (because those things have gone so well for me this far :) ) is write a post at least once a week, for now. We'll see about more as Deadly Bayou reaches first draft status.
