Q&A with Eric Michael: E-zine development and power cords

Q: Can you really make money cutting cords off TV's and appliances. In the area where I live someone is going around doing this. They leave the items on the street but the cords are always cut off. I know there is copper in the wire so how much wire should I collect before I sell and where should I sell it?
