Last month, I spent a week researching the JFK assassination for an upcoming novel and learned some intriguing things about the CIA. I approached my research like all good reporters are trained to do -- with an open mind. In the past, I’ve easily dismissed conspiracy theories since there always seems like a more logical explanation than the one presented. But that’s the game, right? Present a plausible theory that withstands most scrutiny while the true intent is much more diabolical.
