Guest Blog! Heather Van Fleet also a No Boundaries Press New Release!

Thanks Heather for stopping in. Let's hear a little bit about Heather and afterwards we will get to her release!

First of all, I just want to say thanks to Ellie for letting me stop by and ramble on her blog today. I’m very excited to be here – especially with a fellow No Boundaries Press author!

I’m not much of a blogger. My words are limited whenever I’m supposed to be chatting about myself.  So I thought I’d so something a little different today to introduce myself – hence my post below. So without further ado, here are a few random facts about me, Heather Van Fleet:1.       I am an introvert.  I have horrible social anxiety, and am always freezing up when I have to talk to people – especially in person. I kind of blame that on texting and social media a little bit, but yet I’ve always kind of been like that. . .
2.       I wanted to be a meteorologist growing up! But I am terrified of tornadoes and all things bad weather, so I guess it wasn’t exactly a good idea that I wanted to go that route in life, huh? Still though, to this day, I find myself being drawn to the weather channel.
Yeah, I’m strange like that. . . J
3.       I married my high school sweetheart! And although it hasn’t always been easy, it will still always be right! J He’s my rock, no doubt about it.
4.       I have a complete and utterly unhealthy obsession with fictional boys in books. Okay, so maybe I shouldn’t admit that, especially when most of them are about ten years younger than me. But really, I’m almost positive that I’m not the only one who has that same problem . . . well, at least I hope I’m not.
5.       Within a year’s time I have written a total of four books. I don’t know if that’s crazy or completely normal in the literary world, but I can tell you one thing, I’ve never had more fun with a job in my life.
6.       I know I said I’ve written four books, but the one releasing TODAY is actually my very first book ever published. Yay! Quite a feat for a lady who never dreamed of marking that one particular dream off of her bucket list I’d say.
7.       I am utterly obsessed with white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. They are so, amazingly good.  And every time I go to try a different drink, I always feel like a mocha cheater!
8.       I am absolutely terrified of getting reviews. Like, keep me awake at night terrified. Yes, I know – they will come and they are inevitable, but still, being sensitive and worrying about it sucks. But for every negative, there will always be a positive, and optimism is my biggest goal.

9.    My best friends are 8, 6, and 3 years old, and go by the names of Kelsey, Emma, and Bella. My daughters are the reason I decided to write. I wanted them to know that no matter what, it’s possible to achieve your dreams. I wanted to be an inspiration to my girls in that sense, and they may not get it now, but I hope (eventually) they will. That’s all that really matters to me. When It’s Least Expected By Heather Van Fleet  [image error] Moving on after a tragedy can be impossible – especially when you’ve been dealing with those tragedies for over two years. But it’s her senior year, and Harley Anderson is more than ready to do just that, even though the skeletons in her closet can’t exactly be hidden.
Enter Mason Daniel, the egotistical, sexy, surfer boy from California – a boy with his own hidden demons, and even bigger secret agenda.
Mason isn’t right for Harley. He knows this better than anyone. He’s the epitome of a runner–a guy who takes what he can get, only to split a short while later. But he can’t deny the emotions that Harley brings out of him, so he’s going to break his rules for once.
He should have known what it would lead to… Two kindred souls – both lost and then found. Will they fail, once again, in their search for contentment and happiness, or will they finally find true love, when it’s least expected?
