PROBLEM – the eBook collection is ONLY available at Amazon and will be at Kobo any day. BN is NOT playing nice with me – won’t let me open an account or reply to my emails. Until they do, I can’t sell the book there for Nook – but this is NOT my choice. I am sending them two emails a day. iTunes is taking forever to approve my account, so same thing there. I’m sorry but those are out of my control but there are other options!
