And speaking of hotels, my good friend David Prior (who I met while cooking with Alice Waters for my cookbook) has a fantastic new web show called Re:Find that really showcases his pesonality and his extraordinary taste in food, culture, and off-the-beaten-path destinations. Episode 1 features the Wyth Hotel in Brooklyn and its proprietor Andrew Tarlow (of Marlow & Sons and Diner).
