Back in stock

As a new, and indie author, the joys (aka confusions) of book distribution are things I'm learning about. Despite everyone's best efforts, it's been a good while since Killing Daniel was in stock on Amazon. It's now back! (Which is nice). There's only one copy, but apparently an order results in them ordering more, thus replenishing blah blah...
