Thursday Thirteen: 13 Things I'm Doing to Get In Shape

Picture Ciao a tutti! Hi, everybody! It's Thursday again, and as I hinted last week, this time around I thought I'd share a little info on what I've been doing to get myself back in shape. While my success has been rather modest so far, I am feeling better all the time - and isn't that what it's really all about?

1) I set goals I'm sure I can stick to.
