Finally!

First of all, I want to thank everyone for so much great feedback about my latest YA/NA book series. It was a little nuts to write a story where the two main characters share a name, but once I sunk my teeth into it I just couldn't let it go. I'm stubborn like that.

True story: I had already settled on the names and written the first draft while my twin daughters were applying to colleges. To my amazement, they BOTH got accepted to Berkeley, but it wasn't until I saw them standing side by side in their "Cal" sweatshirts that I freaked out a little.

Maybe there really ARE no coincidences in the universe...

And now I'm happy to announce the sequel has gone live at all e-book retailers. TA DA! Said daughters tell me the cover is hopelessly eighties and not very YA/NA (everyone's a critic), and while I concede they have a major point, I simply got sick and tired of fooling around with Photoshop, so I'll have to re-visit this project later. Do you ever look at something so long that you can no longer "see" it? I get that with my paintings all the time... At any rate, Here she blows, and I can't wait to hear what you all think about it. (The story, not the cover, LOL!)

I'm planning to do a whole bunch of swag-tastic giveaways to promote it, and I'll be posting about THAT later, so thanks again to everyone for being so supportive, and wish me luck with book #2 of "The Athena Effect" series!!!
