Now that I’ve given you guys my best self-tested Atkins recipes, I DON’T know what to do. I have more meal ideas in the storage banks of my head, but I haven’t cooked them enough to just blurt out in this challenge without giving them a test or two. I’d also need to get the ingredients and eat the finished product, but I’m not doing the Atkins diet now. (I’m trying something else, which is supposed to be detoxification oriented, but which calls for a lot of non-eating times and hunger moments, which I’m not pleased about.) So, I’m taking a little break from posting about the Atkins to consider what the heck I’m doing, and will get back to you by Friday with my decision.
