Daily Vegan Lunch for 29 March, 2013: Mango Raspberry Banana Soy Smoothie

mango banana soy smoothie


2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks

2 cups frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

2 tablespoons soy protein powder

1.5 cups water or nondairy milk


Combine all ingredients in a blender until very smooth.
