I have to ask because it's been a bit hard to understand since the reboot, but were Barbara and Dick ever a couple in this universe? I only ask because all they seem to do is fight. Also I love your work! Yay Women writing comics!!

We have not set anything in stone, but there was definitely a mutual crush and attraction, the step beyond puppy love, when they were teens. In my headcanon at this point, the real sparks between them have not yet flown.

Again, this is just how I see it. I believe it’s in their characters, it will happen. But we are at a stage in their history where it hasn’t happened YET.

My opinion, could change at a moment’s notice. ;)
