How to Inject Emotion into Your Marketing

A coworker has a framed print of emoticons hanging outside her office. Each emoticon is paired with its respective description.

Sad, happy, confused, interested, hungover, etc., etc., etc.

Folks from around the office skim the emotions and identify one they relate to.

My choice was easy -- mischievous.
