Daily deal websites aren't all the rage they used to be.

Here's an example...

In November 2011, Groupon made its eagerly anticipated public debut, closing at $26 per share.

Just over a year later, Groupon is fighting death with a share price barely topping $5–quite the illustration of a rapidly evaporating business model.

So if NASDAQ traders took notice, shouldn't small business owners like yourself?
