The Wise Man’s Blurbs….

This showed up in the mail about a week ago….

(Guest Starring: My Thumb)

It’s officially hitting the shelves today (Tuesday, April 2th.) The paperback version of The Wise Man’s Fear.

Or rather, it’s what *I* call a paperback, but what everyone else calls a “mass market paperback.”

I’ve probably seen 80-90 different versions of my books come out in various languages and editions at this point. So by now I probably should be kinda blase about the whole thing….

But the truth is, I still get excited.

Elliot Sumner I'm finding it very hard to resist publicly and embarrassingly gushing torrents about the Kingkiller books.

I'm reading Mistborn now. Had I read it before the Kingkiller books, I would've absolutely loved it. However...

Looking forward to book 3 (probably more than any other book in my life).

LordOfDorkness I shall sacrifice a goat in honor of this release good sir. If I find an angry cat in my travels, I shall sacrifice him as well. Or at least give him a good swift kick. And delicious kitty treats.

Rosa I don't know if your read what people write to you here but I'm going to try. I've just read your blog and I want to give you one more review. I'm Spanish, so forgive me If I write wrong. When I saw for very first time your book I though "another book, another similar book" I was so tired with books that are the same. Then a friend of mine told me about that it was great and I though that it deserve an opportunity. Men, I'm so glad I gave it. I have to say that I don't buy books, I always go to the library but I have your books and one day I hope you will sign it for me. Thank you, I hope you read this.

Christina Ouch. My heart is sore from the lack of an update on the third book.

Don't get me wrong. I'm always excited to hear of such accomplishments, but like many others, I'm desperately awaiting an update.

message 10: by Shelly (new)

Shelly They are worth reading now, and enduring the wait. Seriously--if only because continuing to buy these books now keeps Rothfuss paid and writing. Also, no nagging, y'all. Books this awesome sometimes require patience.
