Littlefinger is my absolute favorite (to which my manfriend balks at my taste in questionable characters), but I also love Sansa. She gets a lot of flack for being “weak,” but she’s not — she might not swing a sword around, but she’s got some serious resolve and an ability to survive hardship equal to Arya’s. I doubt maneuvering court life around Cersei is an easy task.
I love Littlefinger as a character, but I do hope he gets his comeuppance.
Agreed on Sansa. I think she makes a lot of readers/viewers uncomfortable because she’s strong in a way that doesn’t always jive with what we’d like to see in girls and in ourselves. But that’s one of the major reasons I love this series: You’ll see more variations of strength here (among women AND men) than just about anywhere else on tv.
