Tabletop Day Success: “I just spent 9 hours with complete strangers playing games I have never seen before, and not once did I feel uncomfortable.”
I went through my Tumblr queue this morning, and approved over 325 submissions from people who did things on Tabletop Day to As Seen On Tabletop.
This is a lovely note I got from an anonymous Tabletop Day participant. It made my heart grow three sizes, so I wanted to share it.
Keep an eye on Seen on Tabletop for the next couple of weeks. There are a lot of great stories and pictures in the queue that will hopefully inspire you to play more games.

I played four awesome games with strangers, and didn't even realize 5 hours had passed!

Had to work, so couldn't make any events. Did wear a Car Wars t-shirt to work though.
My husband and I used the day to post three new reviews on the website we share with our gaming group, www.boardgamery.com. We write reviews on how well games play for 2-players, as so many games are for 3 or more and we had to work to find games that were good for just the two of us. We've had a hard time get readership so ITT was the kick in the pants we needed to get motivated. And we did get to play a few games too!
Sounds like fun. Always enjoyed the comraderie of those games.
