Thoughts From A Six Year Old

Kid: Bunnies don’t lay eggs.

Me: No they don’t.

Kid: Then why is it an Easter BUNNY. Shouldn’t it be an Easter CHICKEN?

Me: That would make more sense.

Kid: Maybe the chickens lay the eggs and the bunny’s deliver them?

Me: Maybe

Kid: Bunnies are faster.

Me: True.

Kid: How do they get the eggs to be chocolate instead of regular?

Me: Maybe they are special chickens?

Kid: Like magic chickens!

Me: Maybe

Kid: That makes a lot of sense.
