Egypt’s Flora & Fauna is an 8-page, water-resistant and compact color guide for discovering Egypt’s exotic and mysterious wealth of wildlife, particularly suitable on weekend outings and desert trips. It includes illustrations of the country’s array of animals organized by geographical area, with their common English and Latin names, a map of Egypt with a list of its natural protectorates, a diagram with its biodiversity, and comprehensive text.
Birds of the Nile Valley by Dominique Navarro, with John Wyatt (AUC Press, 2013) is also available. This foldout is illustrated with many of the 485 species of birds found in Egypt, organized by their seasonal appearance, and also features the African-Eurasian flyway migration route, and a map of Egypt with its important bird areas.
