Writers, designers, executive assistants and basically anyone who sits at a desk the live long day need strong arms and shoulders. I don’t know about you but I don’t like the wings under my arms or want to become a hunchback. I tried this workout and my arms feel like noodles. But my back is straight and even though I’ll be hurting tomorrow morning, this is a workout to stick with!
