Names are Hard, Man
So I’ve signed up (once again) to write for the Goodreads M/M Romance group event. This year it’s Love Has No Boundaries. (That’s my prompt, but you have to be a member to follow the link. Here’s the group if you wanna join.)
One of my early steps in creating a new story is naming my characters. I need a sense of them before I can name them, but then I need the name to hang the rest of the person on, if that makes sense. (And if it doesn’t make sense, it’s still how I work.)

ROFL...I dip my toe in the first time this year...so I'm probably not as experienced...but my people always have the tendency to just pop up with a name and as much as want to change it or think it sounds not good - they stick with it until I relent.

Sounds like your characters come in strong. That's good--but I bet it leads to a wild ride!
I hope so...well, this one is going to be more a "sweet" one...my wild and racy stuff still lives only in files on my computer ;)But I'm insanly nervous and on the other hand so excited :D
But you are right, my characters are already "people" for me. I find it interesting that sometimes, while writing, they do different things than I wanted/expected....duh...makes it not easier.
