BOOK SIGNING yesterday @ All Things Irish in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. What a more appropriate place to celebrate and sign copies of my novel, THE SIGN OF THE EAGLE than at this wonderful store. Lots of green, Irish Music and blarney and great atmosphere. This full service variety store sell almost everything and anything Irish or Celtic related from clothing, jewelry, ceramics, household items, pictures, books, etc.
I had another great signing, met lots of people and sold lots of books, three at a time in one case. Received lots of compliments on my niece, Katrina Brennan Hughes' portrait of Macha, my story's main character. Even though Macha was a British Celt, she was still a Celt and that's what counted to these folks.
There was a parade later that afternoon, sponsord by All Things Irish, that passed in front of the store. Afterward, people poured back into the store for at least another hour.
I want to thank store owner, Ilene Downey Moss, and store associates Terry & Karlene for their assistance in making this a successful signing. The atmosphere could not have been better.
