Kick Assitude is now Available
My publisher, Uncial Press, has finally released my latest novel, KICK ASSITUDE.
It's available for download in a format of your choice at this link: Uncial Press and also at many book sellers including Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.
Small town redneck P.I. Twila Taunton is hell-bent on solving her mother's murder. Accompanied by her canine companion, she follows the trail of a cold murder case and discovers a secret code on the skeletal remains--Cyder Hill 1952.
Sexy cowboy Tanner Ferrano makes a concerted effort to seduce her and drive a wedge into her relationship with long distance boyfriend, hunky Harland O'Connor.
When hard-drinking, weed-smoking Great Aunt Essie cracks the code, they head to a haunted mansion in the dead of night, mindful of the man-eating wild boars that patrol the grounds…
Twila is not certain whether she'll succumb to Tanner's advances or end up rolling in the hay with Harland. She does know one thing, though. It's gonna be wild and passionate.
Uncial Press also released Rhoda Baxter's romantic comedy, "Having a Ball" on the same day. Rhoda and I got together and held an event on Facebook to celebrate. Since we live on two continents, we called it the Transatlantic Pot Luck Party, and participants were entered into a drawing to win our books. The winners were Stephanie Keyes and Alison Sherlock. Congratulations to you both.
Rhoda and I also wrote a short vignette about what might happen if Twila were to travel to England and meet retired academic Evelyn and her young event planner, Stevie. We called the piece Tea for Three, and it is still available for download at no charge on Smashwords and Amazon
