So I've been nursing my first running-related injury since starting with the Five Fingers back in February: a minor strain where my Achilles' tendon attaches to my left heel. This has cost me three scheduled Running Days, and has been proportionally more aggravating because the only reason I got it was that I'm a dumbass.
