I have found that in order for my spiritual health to remain strong and vibrant, I must create quiet time each day for myself. During those moments, I read my scriptures, exercise, meditate, pray, and allow some quiet moments for God to speak to me. Sometimes my quiet time is found while I am driving alone. Sometimes my quiet time is found doing dishes. The task I am involved in is not as important as the atmosphere. Vibrant spiritual health is essential to our physical, emotional and mental health.
