During our current class, THM APPRENTICE: GAME CHANGER ! we’re using Fridays to “fire” those things in our life that aren’t working for us. Some of the things to “hit the bricks” have been health robbers, like dairy, red meat, and refined sugar. Toxic relationships get the heave ho. Destructive habits. Negative thinking. Procrastination.
