The publishers have been fine with it. I'm not saying they're all thrilled, but most have been very understanding and they've all accepted that things are the way they are.
BTW - when I get around to it I'm going to switch back to a different blog format - it's driving me crazy not to be able to get updates of comments too!

I'm glad your publishers were understanding and didn't give you a hard time. I'm looking forward to reading Temporary Mark, I pre-ordered it and it comes out on my birthday, that's so great :) I love your books and am always very happy when a new one comes out. I re-read Duck! yesterday, it's one of my all-time favorites.
*big, big hugs*

I'm so glad you're enjoying the stories - I'm looking forward to seeing Temporary Mark come out - I have a huge soft spot for Mr Nolan :)
Have a great birthday!

Me too, I liked him in Bi Now, Gay later, he was so kind to Jerry. :)
Thank you, I'm sure my birthday will be great :)

Much more important is your health and, while I understand how frightening it must be to let go of that safety blanket of 1k/day, maybe this is a part of what will help you get better in the long run. I definitely hope so!
All I know is that for me it works that way: To get something done I need to sink my teeth into it and stick with it but that also worsens my anxiety issues. When the project ends I am a wreck because that daily task (and pressure) is suddenly gone and I am left adrift. I've just come out from something like that. Took a month just to piece myself together. Naturally mine is a completely different situation from yours, but I do think maybe it helps me understand you a little.
All the best to you! You'll get better! *hug* <3

Completely understandable that it's not a top priority at the moment. :)

*BIG HUGS*
So very sorry to hear that things have gotten to where they are!! Hopefully all your publishers have been understanding...
