When A Book Becomes A Movie

Ain't it the truth? I love when I hear that a book I enjoyed is being turned into a movie. But I also have my reservations about it because I know darn well that they are going to end up leaving out one of my favorite scenes and replacing it with a scene I felt wasn't as great. If it ain't broke don't fix it, am I right?
