Who do you feel would be perfect in playing the role of The Darkling in a movie version of S & B? And how about Alina and Mal? I have my own visual but I'm curious what yours is :) And how do you go about naming characters?

The thing is… I really like hearing/seeing the way that readers cast these roles without me getting in the way. That’s why I’m always iffy on book trailers.

I will say that an actor’s presence and the spirit that person brings to the character is so much more important to me than hair or eye color.
