Fiction, Its on the way

Potential and loyal readers, I am planning on putting some flash fiction and previously non-winning stories from contests on the blog here. I’d definitely love some feedback on what people are really interested in reading these days on the fiction side.

I’m also trying to think of a clever name for the category that I’ll use to organize these fiction entries. Anybody got any logical witticisms to share with me?

The first entry that I’m going to share with you all is an entry that I submitted for an NPR short story contest. I never heard anything back from them and it never showed up on their site. Its a speculative fiction piece about a future president. I do hope you’ll enjoy it and share your insights.

The second entry will be a short story that I worked up a long time ago (as in a year or two). It would probably make a cute Pixar movie, but instead its just the tale of a lizard that’s really an alien living under a human’s care.
