Sunday Snog with an Italian Flavor
For those Americans who don’t know, a snog is a kiss. (I swear I did not know this six months ago!) But now that I’m well versed in snogging, I can participate in Sunday Snog, hosted by the divine Victoria Blisse. And since Sunday Snog is teaming up with Sneak Peak Sunday, there’s even more fun to be had, more sexy excerpts to discover, more enticing authors to meet!
Today I’m sharing a snog from my new release, Venetian Love Knots. This excerpt is from Allison’s first kiss with handsome Italian art dealer, Nico.
In Venice, Allison Fox will find love in the arms of two men. Her past collides with her future in a battle for her heart. Which one will win?
“I hope you like them,” he said as he presented her with a bouquet of daffodils.
“Thank you, Nico. These are lovely!” Allison beamed and primly kissed him on the cheek in gratitude.
“I have to admit I was hoping for a little bit more than that, cara.” He gave her a light-hearted grin opening his arms for a hug.
“Oh, you were?” she teased. “I’ve heard about you Italian men…” There was a playful note of caution in her voice. “But, okay,” she said as she strode into his arms and locked her hands behind his head, still clasping the flowers, their heady aroma filling his nostrils, and Nico felt her place one of her legs between his as she kissed him hard on the lips.
“Now that was a proper thank you,” he said. He responded by grabbing her and tracing the curves of her hips with his hands while he explored her mouth with his tongue. Damn! Already, he couldn’t get enough of her.
